Axial Alignment

Cal-Rite is one of a handful of accredited providers of axial alignment verifications in the country. We have strain gauged specimens in a variety of geometries and the trained personnel to get you in compliance with ASTM and NADCAP requirements.

In-House E-74 & ISO 376 Calibration up to 100,000 Lbs Force

Cal-Rite is now offering accredited force transducer (load cell) calibration from 10 lbf to 100,000 lbf in both ASTM E-74 and ISO 376 with a state-of-the-art calibration facility that includes both deadweight and servo-controlled hydraulic transfer standard calibration system. Force calibrations are performed in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. We offer quick turn-around times using a proprietary software and calibrations performed by experienced and knowledgeable technicians.

Consulting Services- Mechanical Testing

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Documented preventive maintenance is not only important in keeping your testing equipment operating properly but is also required by ISO/IEC 17025 and NADCAP. We can perform the required maintenance specific to your test equipment and provide this documentation along with your calibration certificates. We also offer regular scheduled maintenance programs for most types of mechanical testing equipment. This service pays for itself.
